Crystal Mold Inc. has been very successful in building high-precision injection molds such as switch plates, bezels, brackets, filter components and handles. Over the past several years we have focused our attention on injection molds and gas-assist/reverse ejection molds ranging from the 500 to 1200 ton range, parts of which include car seats, full length step pads, and large covers.

CAD/CAM

Crystal Mold Inc. uses state of the art equipment in our Design Center.  With rapidly changing technology in our area, we continuously strive to improve our abilities to increase our productivity.

High-speed modems allow us to import files directly from the customer to our workstations in the Design Center.  This direct link allows us to exchange data with our customers quickly to eliminate any concerns before information reaches the shop floor.
